Set your pace, change your notification tone, manage connected people, view your milestones, sign out — all from the Profile tab.
Where: Profile tab
What you can change
- Pace (Gentle, Steady, Motivated, Intensive) — affects daily challenge difficulty.
- Notifications on/off, plus tone (Encouraging, Neutral, Minimal).
- Home days — the days you're typically home, used to protect your streak.
- Away periods — date ranges you're not around.
- Connected people — invite, edit permissions, remove.
- Challenge catalogue — opt into longer-running enrolled challenges.
- Sign out.
What you can review
- Your milestones — see which you've unlocked.
- Streak history — current streak, longest streak.
- Pace summary — what each option implies.
