Streaks
A streak counts the consecutive days you've been active in the app. Activity means logging at least one item or completing a challenge.
What counts as a streak day
- Logging at least one item.
- Completing a daily or enrolled challenge.
Anything you do in the app that updates your activity timestamp keeps the streak alive for that day. You don't need to do all of it — one action is enough.
Home days and away periods
Streaks are forgiving in two specific ways. First, you can mark which days of the week you're typically home — non-home days are skipped when calculating whether you broke a streak. Second, you can mark an away period (a holiday, a hospital stay, a weekend away) and those days are also skipped.
When a streak resets
A streak resets only if a counting day (a home day that isn't part of an away period) passes with no activity. The longest streak you've ever had is recorded separately, so resetting your current streak doesn't take away the recognition of your longest run.
