Indecisiveness
Persistent difficulty making decisions — including small ones — even when the consequences are minor. A core cognitive feature of hoarding disorder.
Indecisiveness in hoarding-related difficulty isn't about not knowing what's best. It's about the weight of every decision feeling the same — small choices feeling as heavy as large ones, and the fear of choosing wrong applying to everything.
The 'undecided' status in the app is a deliberate accommodation. Items can stay undecided as long as needed. Being undecided is a real, valid status — not a failure to act.
