Prepare an item for sale

When to use it

When you'd rather pass an item on through resale than donate or recycle. Especially useful for items with non-trivial value — vintage things, electronics, clothes with a label, anything where a fair price feels worth chasing.

How to use it

   Open the item and choose 'Sell' as the outcome. Confirm.

   You're routed straight to the Sell Prep screen.

   If the item has no photo yet, you'll see an inline 'Add a photo' card. Add at least one — the AI valuation needs it.

3. 3

   Tap 'Get AI Valuation'. The AI returns a price range, a confidence level, a condition assessment, and a suggested title, description, and keywords.

   Edit any of the suggested fields, set your asking price, and Save Details.

   If you've connected eBay in your profile, tap 'List on eBay'. Otherwise tap 'Copy Listing to Clipboard' to paste into Vinted, Facebook Marketplace, or anywhere else.

6. 6

   Once it sells (or doesn't), update the listing status — Sold, Ended — from the same screen.
