Soft challenge

A gentle, opt-in conversation with the app's AI about an item you're keeping — never pressure to let go, only space to reflect.

Soft challenges are surfaced when you mark an item with strong emotional attachment as Keep. The app offers a conversation, you can decline, and if you accept, the AI's role is to ask you questions, validate your feelings, and never push you toward letting go.

If you change your mind during the conversation, that's recorded so the app knows the chat helped. If you keep the item, that's recorded too — both are valid outcomes.

The button label in the app reads 'Help me decide' rather than 'Soft challenge' so it's clearer when the feature is useful: any time you're unsure, not only after a Keep decision.
