Snapshot

A point-in-time copy of an item's details (name, photo, description, attachment level, room) that's saved when you send a review request — so the recipient sees what you saw.

If you edit the item later, the snapshot doesn't change. The reviewer responds to what was in front of them, not to a moving target. Their response then flows back to the live item — but the snapshot stays as the record of what was asked.
