An append-only log of everything that's happened to an item — when it was logged, when its outcome changed, when it moved rooms, when a memory was attached.

Hoarding-related difficulty often involves doubting your own decisions later. The item history is a small antidote: a record of when you chose what, so a moment of regret doesn't have to be re-litigated from scratch.
